Mandarin Hotel Chefs to Appear at Pebble Beach Festival

Four celebrated chefs from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group will participate in the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival, to be held April 4-7.

  • Pierre Gagnaire will take the helm for the Grand Finale Dinner: A Michelin 3-Star Event. Taking place on Saturday, April 6, this ultra-exclusive dinner for only 200 guests is the culmination and epitome of the four-day festival.
  • For the Grand Opening Night Reception on Thursday, April 4, Chef David Werly of Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas will lead the team at Mandarin Oriental’s chef station, greeting more than 1,400 guests with delicious treats.
  • At the Lexus Grand Tasting Tent on Saturday and Sunday, the Mandarin Oriental lounge will feature the culinary creations of Chef Angie Berry from Asiate at Mandarin Oriental, New York and Chef Adam Mali of Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco.
